Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Legal Advisor to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will bring a robust legal background with a focus on real estate and commercial transactions to support our Russian-speaking clients effectively.
This role requires proficiency in legal documentation, due diligence, and a deep understanding of UK and international law as it applies to financial consulting and family office operations.
Responsibilities:
Review and validate legal documents related to financial operations and real estate transactions.
Engage with Russian-speaking clients to discuss and clarify legal aspects of their financial activities and investment portfolios.
Provide legal advice on issues related to estate planning, tax implications, and wealth management.
Coordinate with other legal professionals and financial advisors to ensure compliance with UK and international laws.
Assist in the development of strategies to optimize our clients’ financial and legal positioning.
Participate in client meetings, offering expert legal insights and guidance on complex matters.
Requirements:
Qualified lawyer with a strong legal background, particularly in real estate and commercial law.
Fluent in Russian and English, with excellent communication skills to cater to our Russian-speaking clientele.
Proven experience in legal documentation review and client advisory roles.
Familiarity with the financial sector, particularly in areas relevant to family office management and financial consulting.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, preferably with qualifications that are recognized in the UK.
Specialist knowledge in jurisprudence with at least 10 years of experience in legal roles related to real estate or financial services.
Experience in an international law environment or a multi-family office is highly desirable.
